Mission Statement
The mission of ASALT is to significantly diminish the occurrences of human trafficking within San Joaquin County, to apprehend the responsible offenders and to recover survivors. ASALT achieves this by combating all forms of human trafficking through the long-term support of victims, prosecution of offenders, training of fellow law enforcement professionals, community awareness, and effective public/private partnerships.

The San Joaquin County Anti-Sex And Labor Trafficking Task Force strives to collaborate with all law enforcement agencies within and neighboring San Joaquin County. In addition, we work alongside government and non-governmental advocacy organizations. Regularly scheduled meetings with human trafficking investigators and advocates ensures the continuous focus on combating human trafficking.
