As the sun went down on the chilly Thursday evening, the lights went on and lit up the FJC van, District Attorney Investigations cars, and the walkers from Victims of Violent Crimes. Thousands lined the Lodi streets and joyfully watched as participants decked out in their holiday best showed off the amazing light displays. There was even a few appearances from the FJC's newest member, Lavender, who was lit up from head to tail in blue and white snowflake lights.
