2017

SJCFJC Phase 1 partners are together and ready to serve.

Expansion to Phase 2 expected in the final quarter of 2017.

March 13, 2017 the San Joaquin County Family Justice Center (SJCFJC) made another step toward their vision by opening the SJCFJC Phase 1.  This phase features the co-location of District Attorney (DA) Family Crimes Unit prosecutors, a Stockton Police Department detective, a DA Investigator, and two advocates from Victim Witness.  These partners work together to help victims of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, elder abuse, and human trafficking.

Phase 2, expected in the final quarter of 2017, will bring in additional partners and expand the offered services at the

one-stop location.  Victims will no longer have to travel to multiple locations to access the outstanding service providers within our community.

Through the doors of our FJC they will find restraining order services, advocates, police, shelter, counseling, prosecutors, vocational training, and more.  To see who the visionary partners are, please view our mission video below.
