Do you want to engage in services at the Family Justice Center, or do you have a qualifying court date but you don't have childcare? Give the FJC a call at
(209) 468-2600 and we can arrange for free childcare at our facility with a trained daycare provider from Child Abuse Prevention Council.
In addition to childcare, CAPC has a TAY (Transitional Age Youth) counselor on-site to offer services to kids aged 12-24 years old.



Victim advocates serve as a the liaison between the victims and law enforcement ensuring that each victim is treated with equality and respect. Victim advocates can assist with the following:

Victim impact statements

Orientation to the criminal justice system

Education can help. The Come Back Kid program is held at the Family Justice Center and will give you the
opportunity of earning your high school diploma with a self-paced program. On-site childcare is also available
while you study.

On-Site Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
Stockton Police Department Detectives from the Family Crimes Unit are assigned to the FJC on rotation.
They assist with taking crime reports and in certain circumstances, can take courtesy reports for other
jurisdictions.
Family Justice Center Off-Site Partners
The mission of the Emergency Food Bank is to build a stronger community by providing a safety net of healthy food, nutrition education, and hope to residents of San Joaquin County who find themselves in need. In addition to the client facing food pantry and free nutrition education classes, the Food Bank also provides food products to partner pantries throughout the County, numerous non-profit agencies, community based organizations, and to events related to healthy living and nutrition.
The End it Alliance of San Joaquin County aims to educate, advocate, and collaborate to end all forms of human trafficking by striving to uplift and integrate the voices and needs of those with lived experiences, provide community education and advocacy, and streamline response services through community collaboration.

The Non-Profit arm of the Family Justice Center, this organization provides funding support to the FJC. More

Family Promise helps local communities coordinate their compassion to address the root causes of family homelessness. We address the issue holistically, providing shelter and case management when they become homeless and stabilization programs once they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent.
